mode movement hosts open classes for adults, with separate sessions for youth (8+ years). Situated at Nene Court Shopping Village, the studio offers a range of dance, fitness and wellness classes all within our beautiful, bright space.
Devised in 2023, Kitty Denton founded mode with the vision of bringing a collection of professionally lead classes to Northamptonshire. Kitty saw the gap and began forging a current, connected project which combines Kitty’s movement, creative and entrepreneurial skills, together with her drive to support the development of others.
mode is dedicated in providing a refreshing space, welcoming both beginners and advanced levels looking to start something new or to continue developing their skills. Now entering our third year, a strong community of like-minded individuals attending to explore their creativity, improve their physical and mental health as well as building meaningful connections, is forming.
With infinite possibilities of growth, this is a truly exciting moment for not only Kitty’s career but for all those involved.
