Classes are bookings only. £20 for one Sunday or £35 for both Sundays in the month.

Our youth classes are for 8+ and open for all abilities.

Currently, we are holding our company classes on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. You can also enquire about having private lessons or hiring the space.

Our studio is at Nene Court Shopping Village, Wellingborough, NN8 1LD. Parking is free and spaces right by the studio.

We advise activewear which is comfortable and easy to move in. Our mode: merch can be viewed here: mode merch. Layers can be useful during warm up/cool down and floor work. Footwear and equipment is listed when booking your class and we advise knee pads when performing floor movement. Please bring enough fluids for the duration of the class.
