Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between the photographer (“Photographer”) and the client (“Client”) for the photoshoot or videography session (“Photoshoot”).


By booking the Photoshoot, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
To secure the Photoshoot date, a deposit of £30 is required. The deposit is non-refundable.


Final payments are made using a secure link sent by the Photographer once the deposit has been paid. The final payment is non-refundable.


Full payment for the Photoshoot is due at least 72 hours prior to the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation
If the Client wants to reschedule the Photoshoot, they must notify the Photographer at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to reschedule within this period will result in a 50% of the full payment rescheduling fee.


If the Client reschedules the Photoshoot, the new Photoshoot must be within 60 days of the original booking.


The Client can cancel the Photoshoot at any time. The deposit and final payments are non-refundable.


If the Client fails to pay the final payment within 72 hours of the Photoshoot, the Photographer will cancel the Photoshoot.


The Client is responsible for arriving on time for the Photoshoot and if the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the Photoshoot will be cancelled.


The Photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session due to illness, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Photographer will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

4. Photographer’s Rights
The Photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images created during the Photoshoot.


The Client is granted a licence to use the final images for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed.


The Photographer may use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, portfolios, and marketing materials, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Client.

5. Deliverables and Editing
mode studio: photoshoot
The raw images will be sent to the Client within one month after the Photoshoot. The Client will then choose the images for final editing with additional edits or retouching requests incurring extra charges.
The Photographer will edit the final images aligning with the mode movement studio brand.

mode studio: 35mm film photography
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer is not liable for any issues arising from the development or processing of 35mm film, including but not limited to, issues of exposure, colour, contrast, or any other factors that may affect the final outcome of the photographs.

mode studio: camcorder
The draft film will be sent to the Client within two months after the Photoshoot. The Client will then provide feedback before then receiving the final film with a further month.
The Photographer will edit the footage aligning with the mode movement studio brand.

6. Usage Rights and Licensing
The Client is granted a licence to use the final products for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use of the products, including advertising, publishing, or distribution, requires prior written consent from the Photographer.


The Client agrees to credit mode movement studio for the use of any photographs and or videography provided under this agreement when sharing them. The credit must appear as: 'mode movement studio, Kitty Denton', or tagging social media accounts: '@modemovement.studio @kittydenton_ ', and must be placed in a clear and visible manner in the post. Failure to provide proper credit may result the removal of the content.


The Photographer retains the right to sell or licence the imagery to third parties.

7. Liability
The Photographer will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the Client and any participants during the Photoshoot. However, the Photographer shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the session.

8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking the Photoshoot, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. No amendments to this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
